We have put together ten of what are probably the most frequently asked questions relating to accident repair work. If you can’t find the answers here, give our reception staff a call and they will almost certainly have the answer!

Q How long will you want my vehicle for?
The average repair time is seven working days. However we will contact you and keep you advised of progress while we have your car.

Q Why would you have Q Why would you have vehicle for several weeks?
This would be unusual, but the main reason that we may have your car for longer than expected is the supply of required parts. This is an industry wide problem and unfortunately not always within our control.

Q Do I need to chase the progress of my vehicle?
No you will not have to – a member of our team will contact you.

Q Will you ring me on completion?
Once your vehicle repairs are completed we will contact you to arrange the return of your vehicle.

Q What is my excess for and when do I pay it?
The excess pays for the first part of your claim and your insurer will pay the remainder. The excess is payable to us on the completion of the repairs.

Q Do I get a courtesy car while mine is in for repair?
Yes, all our customers are entitled to a courtesy car if your vehicle is repairable.

Q Is your work fully guaranteed?
Yes, our work is guaranteed for six years. However, parts are covered in accordance with manufacturer standards.

Q If I damage your courtesy car, or it is vandalised, do I have to pay another excess on collection?
Yes however you can take out a collision damage waiver policy. Ask a member of our team for details.

Q Do you valet my vehicle on completion of repair?
We carry out a service wash and vac on your car. However, you can choose to upgrade to a full valet should you wish.

Q Do you do private work, chips, dents, wheels etc?
Yes we do. We offer a host of additional services, again please refer to additional services section on this web site.
