James Alpe have just been awarded the repair industry standard Kitemark Award. This follows on from the recent opening of new offices and  an operational centre at our Lincoln Way site.

The prestigious award known in the trade as PAS 125 (which stands for Publicly Available Specification) comes after nearly two years of rigorous testing, auditing and examinations.  What this means for James Alpe customers is they can be reassured that what ever make or model of vehicle the company repair, exacting standards are met which cover workmanship, equipment, safety and quality of service.  Lee Boyle Deputy to the Managing Director commented that he was absolutely delighted and proud to have achieved this recognition.

“We are the only accident repair centre in the Ribble Valley to have achieved this award and it is testament to the hard work and commitment shown by all the staff here at James Alpes”.

The vehicle services group has also announced only this week that they have been selected as a finalist in the Independent Bodyshop of the Year Award category. Not only that but one of James’ paint technicians has sailed through a number of prelimary rounds and is a finalist in the Young Paint Technician of the Year Award. Winners of both these categories will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony in September.
