British Kitemark Accreditation

25 November 2016

We have just undergone a rigorous two day audit by an official from BSI http://www.bsigroup.com/en-GB/ and don’t we know it?! As part of our prestigious British Kitemark Accreditation BS10125 we have to remain compliant with all aspects of the Kitemark standard in accident repair. What this means is that roughly twice a year we are subject to an ‘on the spot’ audit where all aspects of our vehicle repair operation are under scrutiny.

This used to be a one day affair but as the business has grown and the number of repairs increased we now have two days of auditing. The British Kitemark is an indicator of the standard to which a bodyshop works and covers a host of things such as process, equipment, safety, compliancy, environment, technical ability and much more besides. We have held this Kitemark accreditation for many years now and it is vitally important to us that we retain the standard. Insurance companies, work providers, and all our customers can be assured that their vehicle is repaired correctly, using the right methods by adequately trained technicians and with the right materials.
