COVID-19 Update 15th January 2022.
James Alpe Ltd has continued to stay open throughout the entire pandemic, providing crucial repairs to Ambulances, Police vehicles, Fire Engines and NHS workers vehicles, Alongside non- drivable vehicles from the general public. Where customers are self-isolating, they will be given alternative dates in the future.
Our staff members are instructed to wear masks when leaving their own work station, or dealing with customers. All customers are politely asked to wear a mask for the duration of their visit.
If your vehicle has been in for a repair you can guarantee yours and our staffs safety has been a top priority. Technicians, Painters, Valeters etc all wear a mask and gloves whilst in your vehicle, with a seat cover and floor mat in the vehicle for the duration of the repairs. Upon completion, your vehicle will be fully sanitised with our Covid cleaning machine which staff members have undergone specific training to ensure proper use of the machinery.
Our recovery drivers are instructed to keep customer contact to a minimal and we are asking permission from customers to enable our drivers to sign the collection notes on their behalf when and where possible and your keys will be sanitised before handing over to you
