
Customer Service Awards – Peugeot & Citroen

We have just been informed that we have been nominated for two more awards (which is always good to hear!) We are one of five finalists in both the Peugeot and Citroen Customer Service Award category.
The award ceremony takes place at Battersea Evolution www.batterseaevolution.co.uk in Chelsea on 12th May and the awards are being presented by none other than Fiona Bruce. This prestigious event is organised by the Auto Body Professionals Club www.abpclub.co.uk and is recognised as one of the key events for bodyshop professionals. We have been nominated in previous years but never for both Peugeot and Citroen so we are absolutely delighted.
We are judged on a number of different criteria for this award but the main thing is that we provide excellent customer services to our Peugeot and Citroen customers. (Saying this – we like to think we provide this same high level of service to all our customers!)
All repairs are followed up by a brief but relevant customer satisfaction survey carried out independently on behalf of the vehicle manufacturers. The comments and results are fed back into a database and the information is passed on to Peugeot/Citroen on a regular basis. So – thank you to all our loyal customers who have taken part in the survey – we will keep everyone informed of the results which we eagerly await on the 12th May.
