Just a week to go and we will find out if we have won! We are thrilled that we have been nominated for the ‘Customer Friendly’ award in this year’s Ribble Valley Business Awards

We do put huge importance on customer satisfaction and we do our best to make what is mostly a stressful situation into a slightly less stressful one.
When you are involved in a car accident, irrespective of whose fault it is, it’s a bit of a nightmare sorting everything out. Our reception and admin team try their best to take away as much of the hassle as possible and try and make a bad time slightly better. We mostly put customers in a courtesy car,or if the accident is not their fault we try and get them in a ‘like for like’ vehicle. We are really hoping that we win – watch this space!
